A&R Feedback Engagement

This agreement is between Demo Artist Pty Ltd and Decypher Digital for a paid A&R feedback request assigned to Claude VonStroke.

The artist supplies a private unreleased demo for listening and written feedback only. The curator may provide a verdict such as would play, would sign, send more, or not for me. A positive verdict is not a distribution, label, publishing, management, or promotion commitment.

Fee: A$300. Platform fee: 20%. Curator payout: A$240, pending completion inside the stated SLA.

The demo remains confidential to Decypher and the selected curator. This prototype does not store audio, take payment, or create a legally binding contract.
